If you want to stay outside the camping season (winter) they will open the campsite for you if you call ahead. You can stay for free at the bivouac field next to the horse racetrack but I heard story's of car break-ins during the night. Moreover, dont leave any valuables in the car when you go climbing. Other then that the place is really safe and everyone is very friendly.
